Our Story
Where we began
In 2017, Muhammad Abdulla Abubacker founded HCS on a conviction shaped by more than forty years inside Bahrain's legal sector. The Gulf's most ambitious organisations were navigating increasingly complex challenges, yet they were still forced to piece together answers from disconnected advisers. Legal, financial, and technology expertise rarely existed under one roof.
The partnership that followed between Muhammad, Salman Muhammad Abdulla, and Raj Nair transformed the firm into something far more forward-looking. Salman brought deep expertise in finance, auditing, and technology-enabled operations. Raj, with over four decades of software development and AI innovation as Founder of Wisdom Enterprises, reshaped what the firm could technically deliver. Fatima Muhammad later joined as Accounting Systems Expert, reinforcing financial discipline across the firm's most complex engagements.
Today, the firm operates where law, finance, accounting systems, and artificial intelligence converge, serving clients across the Gulf who require the full picture, not a partial view.
