Our Story
Where we began
In 2017, following discussions with Raj Nair on the convergence of law, finance, and technology, Muhammad Abdulla Abubacker founded HCS on a conviction shaped by more than 35 years inside Bahrain's legal sector. The Gulf's most ambitious organisations were navigating increasingly complex challenges, yet they were still forced to piece together answers from disconnected advisers. Legal, financial, and technology expertise rarely existed under one roof.
The partnership that took shape over the years that followed transformed the firm into something far more forward-looking. Salman Muhammad Abdulla, who joined shortly after the firm's establishment and became Managing Partner in 2019, brought deep expertise in finance, auditing, and technology-enabled operations. Raj, Founder of Wisdom Enterprises and a pioneer in artificial intelligence with over four decades in software development, formally joined as AI & Tech Lead in 2019 and reshaped what the firm could technically deliver. Fatima Muhammad, an ACCA Member, joined in 2021 as Accounting Systems Expert, reinforcing financial discipline across the firm's most complex engagements.
Today, HCS operates where law, finance, accounting systems, and artificial intelligence converge, serving clients across the Gulf who require the full picture, not a partial view.
